Blue Scrubs Strategy Group was founded by John Voight, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, a healthcare executive who brings a rare combination of military service, law enforcement, and nursing leadership to every engagement.

As Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center, John leads over 1,300 nursing professionals at a ~500-bed Level 2 Trauma Center. That operational perspective shapes everything we do.
